Mark is the owner and President of AIC Insurance Services and is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) and a Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP). He founded the company in 1997. Mark is on the board (and is past-President) of the Wyoming SouthKent Kiwanis Club. He and his wife Terie, have two children and live in Ada.

Jason McNamara, CIC, CRM, CAIP - 616.560.5862 cell

Jason has been part of the AIC team since 1999 and he is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP). Jason is a member (and past-President) of the Ada Business Association, and was honored in 2003 as Business Person of the Year.He serves on numerous County and non profit boards to include the Public Works Board. Jason and his wife Sarah have two children and live in Ada.

Gary Rolls, CIC, LIC, LUTCF - 616.291.1492 cell

Gary has been part of the AIC team since 2000. He holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC), Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).

Gary is involved in our community as a Kent County Commissioner and serves on numerous boards. Some include the County Finance Board, Agriculture Preservation Board, and Community Corrections Board.

Gary and his wife, Dawn, have four boys and live in the Ada/ Cannonsburg area.

Dave joined AIC in 2009. He is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and is pursuing his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designations.

Dave is very active in his community most notably as Treasurer and an Ambassador for the Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the board of the Lowell Area Foundation and Fallasburg Historical Society.

Dave and his wife Cheryl live in Lowell.

Rhonda Wing, Personal Risk Manager - 616.204.9100 cell

Rhonda has been on the AIC team since 2006 and has more than a decade of insurance experience. She is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation

Rhonda is very active in the community. She is a Wyoming Parks & Recreation Commissioner and a volunteer with the YMCA "Strong Kids" campaign. Rhonda is also the Vice President of the Green Light Foundation, a community aid group.

Terie Vickery, Sales & Marketing - 616.676.4000

Terie has been employed with AIC since 2006 and is in Marketing Administration.  She is married to Mark, has 2 children and lives in the Ada area.
 
Terie participates in various volunteer projects for Forest Hills Public Schools and her church community.

Lavonne Spoelma, Administrative Assistant - 616.676.4000

Von has been part of AIC Insurance since 2003, she and her husband Ken live in Grand Rapids Township.  Von is an active volunteer at her church and has three married children and five grandchildren.
